50-min training session includes
warm up
dynamic stretch
plyometric drills
ballhandling/dexterity skills
specific skill drill for the session
small sided games
contests/games
what you will need
indoor basketball
water
basketball sneakers
2 color pinnie (if you have one)
remove any earrings or jewelry
Summer Weekly Clinic
Grades 1-8
Each weekly session is 4 days of learning and fun and will run from Monday to Thursday.
Fee is $280.00 for the week
