All Sport Skills Training is offering an opportunity for adults to learn the game of basketball, sharpen their skills, and get an overall good workout in a welcoming and fun environment for all.
Each session will include dynamic stretching, some conditioning, plyometric drill work, and will move into skill development, and movement drills and when ready scrimmages.
These sessions are for those who have never played basketball but would like to learn the game, all the way to experienced players just looking to get back out on the court.
Playing basketball in a 50 minute session will be a worthwhile cardio and strength workout.
