This is a 50 minute weekly session on Sundays throughout the Fall to help kids of all ages prepare for the upcoming season. The sessions will include conditioning, plyometric training, both static and transformational skill development work, scrimmaging, all in preparation for upcoming basketball season.
Sessions will run Sundays, September 13, 2026 - November 1, 2026 (8 weeks)
2pm -2:50pm Girls Grades 3-8 (players will be grouped appropriately by age and ability)
